The four-day conference fee includes: ACGIH ventilation manual appropriate for the class of interest; satchel with handout materials including a notebook of course materials; USB memory stick with Excel, Word, and PDF calculation sheet included; Monday evening banquet and conference raffle.  Monday through Thursday lunches; and morning and afternoon refreshments.

The registration desk will be open on Sunday, January 31, 2027 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Monday, February 1, 2027 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.  The opening session starts at 8:00 a.m. on Monday.

The workshop fee includes: Course materials, lunch, and morning and afternoon refreshments.  You may attend these workshops without attending the Conference.

Register three or more people from the same company and receive a 10% discount on all courses and workshops.  Discount will be reflected in registration process.

Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIHs) can receive certification maintenance for all conference offerings from the American Board of Industrial Hygiene. Professional Engineers may also receive certification maintenance points, though they must check with their local professional engineering organization.

An administrative fee of $100 per person will be charged for refund requests received in writing by January 3, 2027.  An administrative fee of $250 per person will be charged for requests received after January 3, 2027.  No-shows will not receive a refund.  However, you may send a substitute participant. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the sponsors, liability to the participants is limited to the refund of the registration fee.
